Basic Qualification: 　
. BS in CS or related field
. 4+ years programming experience with Java, C, C++, or C# in a 
Linux and/or Windows environment
. Multi-threaded programming
. Strong CS fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, OO design 
and a solid understanding of distributed systems
. Fluent in English communication
