We are looking for two doctoral students in the field of business & data
analytics with application in healthcare in the School of Management, TUM
Campus in Heilbronn, starting in July/August 2020.
Our requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in business & data
analytics with application in healthcare and a profound education in one or
more of the following areas of expertise.
• Optimization, operations research or general mathematics
• Applied probability, statistics, simulation
• Econometrics, data analysis
• Computer science, excellent programming skills
• Excellent English language skills
You must have a master’s degree relevant to your intended PhD specialization
and from a university/department with a strong international research
reputation.
Our offer:
We offer a full-time position as academic staff for up to four years with
the opportunity to pursue a doctoral degree. You get the prospect to create
and teach knowledge about current issues within the framework of
digitization. In addition, an excellent working atmosphere awaits you in a
young and success-oriented team. You will have the opportunity to experience
and shape exciting research projects. Payment will be based on the
Collective Agreement for the Civil Service of the Länder (E13 TV-L).
